I'm 46 now. 17 year old me was Slater from Dazed and Confused.

I was 5’10 and 125 lbs at 17 and probably couldn’t bench much more than 135lbs
I’m 42 now 6’1 205 lbs and workout with 225. I would murder my 17 year old self.

I’ve got 25 lbs on younger me and am in pretty good shape. Lift regularly and have a ton of stamina. I actually like working out. Teenage me was scrawny and hated offseason workouts. Dad strength and old man strength would win out. Teenage me could run for days though and was speedy so he might tuck tail and run and there’s no way I’d catch him in a dead sprint.
