Who was disrespected on the I-10 headed to NOLA East this afternoon

Interstate 10 West in the area of Chef Menteur Highway and Franklin Avenue was temporarily shut down Wednesday afternoon as detectives investigated a reported shooting, New Orleans police said.
The notice of the shutdown came at 1:45 p.m. Police say someone reported being shot near the location.
Local hospital officials reported to police that a person arrived with a gunshot wound. That injured person was reportedly shot on Interstate 10 West near Franklin Avenue.
Police reported around 2:30 that the interstate had reopened.
It was at least the third shooting reported in New Orleans on Wednesday. Another person was shot in the 6000 block of Chef Menteur Highway about 3 a.m., and then about 10:35 a.m. police reported a third person was shot in the nearby 4300 block of America Street.

I may have to take the Causeway to avoid getting shot when I go on Vacation tomorrow.

I don't understand how there are so many shootings on I-10 in the East. It seems like between I-10 and the I-10 service road, there are at least a couple per week.
ETA: Looks like the I-10 shooting was actually in Gentilly this time.

Because it’s the wild, wild west. Idiots are just riding around looking to do something stupid. Easy to get on and off anywhere between Chef and Little Woods. 4-5 stolen cars burned out on Chef and Almonaster weekly.

I took Chef Hwy to Bay St. Louis a couple weeks ago. Good God it is like a third world country. So many abandoned buildings, blighted properties, unkempt grass, and trash scattered everywhere for miles and miles. I even passed by a car on the side of the road right by past Michoud that was completely charred. I would not be surprised if someone was "disappeared" in that car.
