That's actually a pretty good price for what you get

Any compound worth the name should come with its own bunker.

It will sell. That's perfect. 42+ acres of land also. If you're able to sink over three quarters of a million on a place, you are able to put in your own bunker.

Well, not now that I know there is aerial documentation of the grounds and layout.

I'll have to keep looking.

No gate and no (minimum) 12' wall = no compound

I was just thinking “There’s no bunker. Why is it called a compound?”

It’s 42 acres. Build the baddest arse bunker you could imagine.

Dollar General is for small things you need at the house at the last minute (mostly cooking for me) instead of driving 15 miles to town. It's saved me many trips. Is it overpriced for what you get? Sure it is. It's also convenient many times.

DG is 5 minutes away from town vs 6 minutes toward town for all the normal options and it is quicker in and out. I usually go on Saturday AM to buy cleaning and paper supplies and using the $5 of $25 coupon they have every week it is cheaper than Walmart and the trip is shorter by 10 minutes.

THE $5 is worth the trip and I don't have to walk two football fields to get what I need.
