That close to Memphis? You would be eaten within 3 days of needing a compound with a bunker.

Compound seems to be missing a razor wire 12 foot fence, surveillance system, guard towers with machine gun mounts, underground reinforced bunker with 10 years worth of fuel and supplies and a water purification system

I'm not sure I'd want to cut that much grass again. I'd prefer maybe an acre or two of grass and for the rest to be wooded.

Already thought of that. Goats and hoes.

For the low low price, you can easily make all of that happen. And more!

Looks like a couple of farm houses with a pond on some nice land in a decent rural location. What is so special that makes branded as a “compound”? I guess I don’t know what that word really is supposed to mean. Looks like a nice family camp getaway.

grass or hay; work or have enough cattle to feed your family?

harvest enough wood to avoid paying heating bills in winter.

The houses could use trees on the south and west sides for summer cooling.

Are there three separate wells?

How's internet connectivity?

Its possible most of those 40 acres are not usable. My sister lives in Tn and the small lot their house is own is the only horizontal section of their 15 acres.
