Who the hell would steal a traffic ticket?

I got a seat belt ticket a while back and had it under my front visor until I got around to paying it. Left my truck unlocked for a few minutes and yep, somebody stole the ticket.

In a lot of states, if you do not pay a ticket, they will suspend your license without notifying you.
Then, when you are stopped the next time, you are driving on a suspended license. That is expensive.

Used to do it sometimes in college if I was running late. Someone else has a ticket on their windshield for parking illegaly, park next to them, take their ticket and put it on your windshield so it looks like you already have a ticket, go to class.

Go back to the same place and leave your bills out in the seat. Maybe you'll get lucky again.
