Who on here has a personalized vanity license plate?

My neighbor got a vanity plate for his birthday (he’s 45) and it says “IMFASTR”.
Who on here has a personalized license plate? What prompted you to get it?
Do you know someone who does?

I don’t think it’s always dumb. For some people, it’s important for which I don’t judge. In this case his wife got the plate for him and it is not even a fancy sports car

about 16 years ago I represented a little lady who was in charge of personalized plates for the DMV ( or whoever is in charge of that - - I forget) So anyway, in making conversation I tell her that if I ever got a vanity plate I would get XXXXXXX.
Finished her case and a coupe months went by. One day, she comes running into my office excitedly exclaiming " I got it, I got it". No idea what she means. She proceeds to tell me that she checked the system and the " plate I wanted" had been requested already, but she deleted the application and entered my information and pre-paid it for me.
She said it would arrive in a few weeks and that I owed her $ 88.50. I probably would have never gotten a vanity plate but I suppose the Joke is on me, as I still have the thing and I have moved it to 4 different vehicles.
