I have State Farm currently on my house and six cars. They rape me on the homeowners, but no one else will come close to what they charge for the cars. It ends up being a wash.

Their customer service has been excellent, however.

Doesn't matter who you go with as rates are on the rise for every company. Distracted driving and the severity of claims is up significantly. All companies will be charging you out the arse if people don't stop using their cell phones when driving.

You've had 95% of the people in this thread tell you Geico is above and beyond legit and you still chose the company where you're going to be paying twice as much?

Ehh, I already have other services with them and I get to talk to my aunt rather than some call center. Worth it. Geico is fine, im sure, but I don't mind paying the premium. It's just money, right?

My speeding tickets and a teenage driver didn't help. Called all the major companies and no one was cheaper.

I'll have to ask the wife. She handles the insurance. My rates went up 40%. One of the companies, maybe Nationwide, was $1,600 cheaper with their original quote, then once they ran it and found my tickets, they were $800 more expensive than State Farm. State Farm says they aren't showing my tickets.

S/F about $600. For 4 cars. All the cheap insurance is good, until you get in a wreck, and they put all used or Taiwanese parts on your car.

25/50 seems pretty low. I think I had 50/100 with allstate and have 100/300 with my current company
