Good answers, but I think Kim Jong would look like a regular fat Asian if he was just walking around in street clothes. Hillary is a possibility, but I doubt many people in Asia and the middle east would recognize her.

Twitter followers don’t determine recognizability. Trump is on every news network every day. Even without his Twitter followers, anybody who regularly pays attention would recognize him and his hair
