Usted tiene derecho a permanecer en silencio. Cualquier cosa que diga puede y será utilizada en su contra en un tribunal de justicia. Tienes derecho a un abogado.

Several times.

I've done both. Remained silent a few times and ranted, huffed and puffed other times. I recommend remaining silent.

I’ve got probably 15 felony clients who tell me the poe-lice didn’t even read them their rights and soon as we let the judge know that, boom, case closed with a letter of apology to the perp.

You have no right anything. Anything you post can be used against you at an admins zoom call. You have no right to have a lawyer with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, you're a trashy poor.

Driving the getaway car of a robbery / theft when I was 16.

Friend stole a case of Bud Heavy from Lovecchio’s in Kenna-brah and went to jail with my 2 friends. Worst part was calling my dad at midnight as the drive home wasn’t to pleasant.

I had the cops come to a party my roommates and I threw in College. I was explaining that it was my house, we would keep it down, etc. and he starts reading me my rights.

My heart sank and in my drunken stupor I asked, “am I leaving with you officer?”

He just laughed and said, “No, I’m just issuing you a summons (dumbass)”

Never been arrested but only because of luck. I never say anything to cops. I use my right to remain silent.
