All over the place here. I don't know any black people who give a shite about the carving at Stone Mountain but it's the suburban and midtown white liberals who are obsessed with it.

About 1/3 of all social media (I live in a reasonable area so in person, like 95% are still sane). 1/3 is still American. The other third is starting to sweat and trying to figure out what's going on and which side to fall on.

Work with a woman who is a “pacifist”. With one of the smaller local shooting (can’t recall circumstances) we were talking at work. One of our country girls asked about her thoughts. I wished I had popcorn. She laid out exactly what a pacifist is. The two women listening were gobsmacked.
I stayed silent until she went off to perform a task. The two women were like “wtf is that”. Paraphrasing I said she answered your question perfectly. Look up pacifist. Don’t ask pacifists gun questions.
To be clear the pacifist did not spout her beliefs unprovoked. She was asked. And then asked to expand.
