I had the classic 90's clock radio combo like this one. I used it through high school and college. My son found it a few months ago in a box of my old crap in the garage and now he is using it.

I have a clock from 1997 that automatically adjust the time for Daylight Savings Time and Standard Time. The problem is that about 20 years ago ST was moved to first weekend in November and DST moved back 2-3 weeks ago.
It is a pain to adjust the time because buttons don't work so well, and it is complicated so I just leave as is for 3 weeks or so until correct.

I still have this one I bought at New Generation on Chimes St. in 1986:
I use the radio every night. Nothing like a British voice droning on and on about shite you don't care about to put you to sleep. I haven't needed to use the alarm in almost 30 years. My problem isn't waking up.

I love mine. It projects the time and inside/outside temps on the ceiling. I use my I phone for an alarm.
