Always curious who works four 10 hour shifts and has Monday or Friday off.

I don't, but most of my friends that are linemen work 4 10's Mon-Thurs and enjoy the long weekend

I’m in outside sales and our company closes at 11:30am on Fridays. I’ll never leave this company for that reason.

Technically I’m supposed to work a half day on Friday (4-9s and a 4), but I rarely go to the office on Friday.
It’s such a waste of time.

I do, work for a Project group in a plant. We work Monday-Thursday and it’s amazing having every Friday off

I work in IT for a tech company. Friday's are pretty much days off. "Work" from home...which means I hang out, respond to the 1 or 2 emails I get and generally frick off until around lunch and then everyone disappears and the weekend begins.
So maybe 4.5 days?

Worked 4-10s my first job out of college.
Recently had to move/switch jobs.

I work as an inspector, work Tuesday-Friday with the occasional Monday sprinkled in or call out. Definitely prefer the Monday off. for some reason the weekend feels even longer than having the Friday off, especially during football season.

I've been working 4 days a week for about 3 years now. My day off rotates, and every 3 weeks I have 4 day weekend without using PTO. It's fricking fantastic and I'd be miserable if I had to go back to M-F. I work in healthcare.

My wife is a dental hygienist and she has Friday off.
Technically I have a five day work week but unless something major is going on most of my office is gone by noon on Friday.

I did about 20 years ago. I worked at a vitamin mixing plant in Crowley. Monday-Thursday 1pm-1:30am. Off Fri-Sun. I was getting my 40 + 8 OT every week but could come in on Friday and Saturday to make some extra hours if we wanted.
