I mean, I’m able to dissect a businesses financials and their leadership profiles easier than ever before.
Even able to use AI to put together a proposal on certain things.
You are right, I’ll forget about it after I make the sale but IDGAF.
Other stuff I look for answers on is probably strictly entertainment but I enjoy it, so I’m happy bout it.

AI didn't create search engines.

I tend to agree that art is not a good use case for it
AI has tremendous potential in things like scientific research and that's where the compute power should be channeled
If it's not being used for the betterment of humanity I don't see the point

I’m in my 40s I’m a man baby , and I’m also good not searching the library or net for days and hours for information that now I can find in minutes.

We have been trained to accept AI ever since the first Pixar movie came out.

I like that at the drop of a hat, I can find out information on about anything I’m interested in.
The thing is that I trust that information about as far as I can throw it. I've had multiple instances where I've Googled a subject I was familiar with only to realize that the AI summary Google gave me was chock-full of completely incorrect information with zero sources listed. At least with a search engine, I can see where I'm getting the information that's being fed to me.
AI has some incredible, world changing applications for many jobs and aspects of life. However, I don't like the idea of so many folks treating it as a primary source for information. Beyond the fact that it's sometimes wrong or often can't fully grasp more nuanced topics, it just opens up another avenue for disinformation to be pumped out to the masses. Just what we needed.
Critical thinking is nearly dead anyway. AI is going to put a bullet through it

I don't. It has flaws in its current form, and some people have problems with it, but I generally like it.
This is the type of thing I despise.
Having christianity as a personal experience is one, thing. Imposing it on everyone else is an annoying other thing.
From my perspective, christianity has a some fundamental similarities to rap music. The language is mostly low-level, generally irritating, mostly about power.
There are differences of course. Rappers are more overt in their egoism, while christians often masquerade it as some kind of socially acceptable piety. And there's only one real OG in christianity. The omnipotent OG who created a game in which countless conscious entities will eventually experience the worst suffering imaginable...forever.
There are a minority of christians who do their thing in a way I'm able to get into. Just as there are some rap songs I like, even though the lyrical content generally isn't good in my view.
I don't really respect the minds of people who really practice a religion that they were indoctrinated with in childhood. In these circumstances, there's usually about as much critical thought that goes into choosing christianity as a religion as goes into choosing English as a first language. I don't necessarily respect the minds of people who moved to another religion, or no religion, either. But at least in those scenarios there's some movement from childhood indoctrination.

Absolutely true and I completely agree.
I mean just like anything else, it can be used as a starting point, and then further verification should always be used especially with important issues.

Definitely, it can be an awesome tool to create a framework with. Unfortunately, particularly in younger generations, it seems more and more folks are taking the information they're given as gospel.
We live in a world (myself included) where we would rather be told an answer than learn an answer. That's fine if you're cautious about the information. But if not, it places an awful lot of power in the hands of whoever is providing those answers.

This, folks, is why proper punctuation is important.
What we have here is a man baby. The worst type of person.

I love what AI has done to old mono music recordings.
It's breathed new energy into songs you've heard a thousand times.
