I've heard of one that you can rent for parties that will walk around wearing a sombrero with queso in the middle and tortilla chips around the brim.

Innisfree Irish Pub here in Tuscaloosa used to rent a couple to dress up in green suits for St Patrick's day.
There was a legit ginger one who made a ton of tips getting his picture made with people.
