It's as simple as this: Obama has never used White House lighting to commemorate a tragedy. We already have a custom for that. We lower the flag to half staff. He didn't light up the White House for Sandy Hook, Orlando, or Boston. He ordered flags lowered to half staff. He has done the same for the police that have been murdered.

You are being downvoted for providing direct quotes that contradict what so many ITT are saying. What the hell is wrong with some of these posters? Just because the White House isn't blue tonight doesn't mean Obama isn't condemning violence against the police. Get a frickin' grip!
