I mind my own business, don't talk to many folks, there's little chance I'd know if they were residents or not. If I somehow knew they weren't residents but weren't bothering anyone, I wouldn't do anything.
If they were bothering me or my kids, I'd either tell the rental management or call the police.
You know what I wouldn't do...hit a child that isn't mine all because he's swimming in a pool. Why would I not do that...becuase I'm not a fricking idiot

I could tell it would be a trashy dump of an apartment complex when I saw the ogre they had working there. All the nice places have babes working the front office

Looks like no lifeguard on duty. If parent keeps ignoring issue of kids getting into pool they need to be investigated or referred to child services. Parent definitely should not be allowed to play victim or race card to get paid.
If they build taller fence and maybe add some barb wire along the top I am sure no one will complain if kids get hurt climbing it just like they wouldn’t complain if kids drown in pool…
Several along with manager need to be disciplined and taught to be better.
