A few days later, I was back in the store, saw the manager and he filled me in on what happened next. He kicked them out of the store - the older kid went back and told his white trash dad that I physically pushed him off of him and that I hurt him. He came up screaming lawsuit, police were called. He said the police viewed the video tape and told the dad in the middle of his rant that the only thing I did was save him a trip to the emergency room.
But I learned to never get involved in anything like this. I never thought I would ever question breaking up two kids in a violent fight in a public space, but I won't do it - the bystander is right - these days everyone is looking for a reason to sue.
the same goes for people having heart attacks in Wal Mart with a medical professional finishing aft. shift @ midnight. A trained/ certified person has a better chance of getting sued for breaking geriatric ribs saving them than a good samaritan. One manager telling people do not administer (or run after in the medicine aisle) an aspirin to a heart attack victim. as his wife screams for one. Or you will get sued.

Well one positive from that entire shite show......we will have one less leach mooching from disability now. Guaranteed the women in the grey was on that scooter to try and keep her appearance as being 'disabled'.

Jesus Christ everything about this is sad as shite. The two animals rolling around on the ground, the kid, the bystanders doing NOTHING, the people telling the kid to defend his mother (wtf?). frick, the UGA trip to Notre Dame in a couple of years may prove to be a more backwards arse experience than Notre Dame coming down here.

South Bend is in the middle of nowhere. I went for the last UT game and had an absolute blast. Make sure you walk around campus and check it out and check out the Irish Guard when they lead the band to the stadium, but don't get in their way the DO NOT STOP for anyone or anything. It's a bucket list trip for any college football fan.
