The author of this was a professor of "multicultural studies", at a state school, will it ever reach a point where taxpayers will take steps to stop funding this type of non-sense?

While not all white people are raised to be racially illiterate, I think she has a point. If you put kids from different races together, they will not care at all what color the other one is, they learn how to think about different races.
It might not even be directly taught to them, but they hear more than parents assume.
I should add that it's not just white people. There are people from all races who dislike people from other races, simply because of their race. So if this is going to be addressed, it should be something taught to all races.
