It just came out he wasn't reaching for the toy gun. Even if there were reports he was playing with it there is no need for Cops to straight murder him.

Wobrock also found that Rice could not have heard police commands to show his hands because the windows in Loehmann’s patrol car were rolled up, and that the toy gun was not visible when he and another officer arrived on the scene during daylight hours.

Again that doesn't justify cops shooting him dead when he had no weapon in his hand, or when they failed to properly assess the situation. Instead Tamir was shot 2 seconds after they arrived. You can't kill people for what they did before you arrive. Unless that threat is continuing to occur. He was zero threat to those cops.

Funny thing is, the BLM movement has done nothing but unite a once divided America into realizing that racism is still alive and well and its not necessarily the trendy thing to support a movement that only supports one set of lives mattering.
