While not illegal,the guy was being a dick, looking for a confrontation. I sure as hell wouldn't want a blank guy dressed in urban attire standing outside my barber shop.

To be fair, the first cop could probably tell that he was dealing with a SJW cracker that gives fellow gun owners a bad name.
The second scene drew way too much attention. When the second cop arrived they should have diffused the situation then. The extra forces was an overreaction.
