I know what you are trying to say, but there is something called frequency. These events of young black men targeting and mob-attacking white people is getting out of control. Somethings may happen and chalked up as occurrences, but at a certain point it becomes an epidemic. There was no question . And of course black people can be racist. Many of them are just as white people. I have said this before.
