As in, which state has the fewest trashy people (per capita)?

Delaware, New Hampshire, Vermont?

no way. the ghettos of flint, Detroit, and Saginaw make it a pretty trashy state. it's a poor state in general, outside of detroit's ballin' suburbs.

I haven't been there, but I can't imagine Wyoming being much different than Montana.

There are too many trailers and oilfield types to be less trashy than one of the NE states.

I don't know anything about Idaho. Utah is a great answer as well.
