Most of the trash are being priced out of Tacoma now. They're mostly in Lakewood, Parkland, and Spanaway now. But trashy people in WA seem to be over the top trashy.

We lived in Lakewood when we first moved here and didn't know any better. Over by the Steilacoom side, though. The area around post has to be one of the trashiest spots on the west coast.

Right now there is what has been termed a "Heroin Apocolypse" in NH. It's one of the worst states in the country, if not the worst, in terms of heroin ODs.
Vermont isn't much better with heroin trafficking/usage.
