Which schedule would you rather work?

Option 1:
Monday - Friday - 8AM - 5PM - every week
or
Option 2:
Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday - 7PM - 7AM
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7PM - 7AM
Monday - Friday - 8AM - 5PM - every week
or
Option 2:
Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday - 7PM - 7AM
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7PM - 7AM

My first instinct would be option 2, but I think the lack of continuity would frick with your head after a while.

Option 1 without hesitation. I wouldn't be down for the erratic night schedule. If it were days, then maybe.

As a person who works shift, option 1.
If I ever get to work a regular 40 hour work week again, an 8 hour shift is going to fly by.

Option 1. My absolute perfect 40 hr schedule would be 5am-6:20pm, Tuesday-Thursday. I would love to find that job.

Option 1. I like the consistency and being free on the weekends. Especially during football/basketball seasons.

Option 1 definitely. Option 2 is too inconsistent and you have to work nights.

Option 1. Being off during the week when everyone else is at work and working weekends while everyone is off sucks.

I work the 3-2-2-3 schedule now (11.5 hr days). Love it. I know on Jan 1st, before I burn a single minute of vacation or comp time, I've got 6 months off.
