That's only about a $5M view. Someone got ripped off.

If you look closely you can spot a T-D koozie.

Zillow
I was flipping through Jackson RE recently and came across the house right after it was put up for sale. It sold for less than $8MM not long ago. Beautiful home

I’ll take the scenery in Estes Park over Jackson Hole. Estes Park is majestic.

This was the house that I believe the owner had a huge dispute with the county for years over. The owner basically took 2 like 7,000 sq ft buildings and had a space in between them like a "courtyard" and called it two houses. The county ordinance had a maximum sq ft of like 7,000. Then they also called the basements as "unlivable" space and so that sq footage didn't count.

We took a look but 215 acres wasn't enough. We are taking a hard look at the IX ranch in Montana, I just don't like the region of Montana it is in.

That chem trail on picture 20 makes this a hard no for me. I don't want to be anywhere the government can still get me.

Saw it on Love it or List It....
She was a part time dog groomer and he was a light bulb repairman. Their budget was $40m so this was a steal and gave them enough renovation money to rip up the linoleum and put in tile....
