That should go away, once you build up a tolerance to it. Sativa strains are supposed to make you high/happy and Indica is supposed to make you feel "couch lock". It sounds like you might want to try a Sativa strain.

I Like both. Alcohol is more of a “fun time” like it more when I’m obviously going out, or going to a game. Like weed when I’m at home relaxing or smoking a blunt with the boys. Weed by a slight margin due to being able to maintain control, and there’s nothing like some good flower. But drinking is a little more sociable, and is more of a “fun time.”

You need a different mind set. Go into it with the idea of being relaxed and happy.
Get some good weed and try sativa. Don’t go hard right out the gate. Get your tolerance up and then it’s the greatest thing on earth. You have to crawl before you walk.

Depends on the weed. Sometimes it’s a mild buzz that I can hardly feel. Sometimes it’s a horrible experience that makes me feel like I’m having a panic attack for an hour straight. Sometimes it’s real mellow like I can just sink into my couch and feel fantastic.
With alcohol, my choices are a mild buzz that makes me less nervous, big sad, and being dizzy and struggling to connect thoughts to words while also being unable to fall asleep.

Cannabis strains vary like alchohol.
Just like there’s a huge difference between a light beer and everclear so to is there a huge difference between a hit of quality sativa and a blunt of schwag.
A sativa hybrid with lower THC is probably what you’re looking for.
You don’t need much and it’s easy to overdo it.

As long as it’s illegal in the federal classification it carries all kinds of legal issues for me to have it.
