Texas club
Not on the original list of four from OP, but this would be BY FAR number one!
I've been to the Texas Club 3 times and saw a serious fight 2/3 of those visits
Like not some wrestling tussle that was broken up, but fists connected multiple times and a stool/chair being thrown.
Great place.

Not sure what happened that third time, pretty sure you were going to say 3/3 when I first started reading

Mike's Grill (off Sherwood Forest near I-12, had previously been called the Hawk's Nest I think). For a while it was a decent place to go watch sports and grab a bite to eat, but after midnight it got rowdy. They had to close it at 1:30 one night when a huge fight broke out and spilled into the parking lot. Tables were turned over and chairs broken. Shoulda put up a wall at the Livingston Parish line....
Was a good one. Was not the Hawk's Nest. Murphy's had some good fights

I started a fight there once during a Chee Wheez show that forced the band to stop playing and the whole bar to shut down

Thirsty Tiger, downtown, mid-80's. Watched two barge crewmen clean the sidewalk with a couple of Goudchaux's suited locals.

If parking lot counts, Uncle Earl's.
The original or the new one? If the original, I saw Mack take a piece of firewood to a customers head once. You did not mess with the owner.

Worded oddly.
But seeing a serious fist fight brawl 66.7% of the time is pretty impressive in it's own right!

I saw a fight at Northgate Tavern once while Three Day Grace “Riot” was playing. It was perfect timing

We had some decent fights at the Varsity when I worked there.

Sports Page is now what these days? I don’t recall a bar near Sherwood and Harrell’s Ferry.
My bad. Old age is catching up with me. The Sports Page was on the corner of Sherwood and Old Hammond HWY. The French Connection was at the entrance of Boulevard De Province.

The Sports Page was right on the corner in the shopping center where harbor freight is. It was turned into a blockbuster, not sure what it is now.

Seent David Allen Coe's manager get the shite beat out of him in the parking lot because DAC walked out in the middle of the show.
DAC was mad at the crowd and told everyone to frick off and left after a few medleys and talking about how he was a song writer and hangs out with Kid Rock. As his bus was leaving the parking lot his manager was getting his arse whipped.
A couple of more fights also broke out. It was nuts.

I had a professor who liked to go there. He would regale us with stories.
