Which Boss would you rather have, Ron Swanson or Michael Scott?

Ron is the ultimate man and you would have a very chill work environment, not to mention hunting. Michael would make work interesting to say the least but would be a little cringe outside of work. I would go with Michael just for the interesting workplace experience myself.

I worked for a Michael Scott. It was awful. He was so much like him, it made watching The Office uncomfortable for me. The only real difference between Michael Scott and my boss, was that as alike they were, my boss was also insufferable a-hole.
