Where’s a good place to take auto windshield chip repair in Baton Rouge

I have a chip in windshield that’s starting to spread. Where to take it? How much without insurance coverage? How long does it take to cure?

Buy the repair kit at autozone. Cheap. Did 2 about 2 yrs ago on my car and they have been holding perfectly. Takes like 20 min. With dry time.

True story. Back in college I hooked up with a girl and was dropping her off at her dorm the next morning. Right before she got out my truck she pressed her hand around a crack in my windshield. The crack spread very fast from the pressure. I was like wtf are you doing?! She proceeded to tell me her dad owns a windshield repair company and I should get that fixed, then handed me a business card and got out of the truck. Not going to lie, shes was great in bed and even a better saleswoman.

GeeOh, I do know about safelite coming to your house and doing it for free if you have full coverage. I don’t. That’s why I was asking . It looks like it’s about 40 dollars without insurance coverage.

$40 at the parking lot of the bowling alley on airline highway. I have used them 3-4 times and always been pleased.
