Somewhere in the middle of Africa. It's gigantic, there's no major plate movements in the central part of the continent. Too far from Oceans to get hurricanes or major thunderstorms that kick up tornadoes.

No fracking there either to create man-made quakes, not enough industry or people to create large scale wildfires with their careless ways. It's not snowing in Africa either except for the top of a few mountain ranges. Doesn't rain enough to get catastrophic flooding either.

The big drawback however is that you're in god forsaken Africa.

Yeah, frick that. Even getting past the general shithole qualities of the place, you have to consider all the animals that will easily kill and/or eat you. Plus the lack of rain equals lots of droughts, which is a shitty natural disaster in itself.

What about the high ground (out of reach of tsunamis) on one of the older Hawaiian Islands? No tornadoes, one hurricane in 100 years, and I can't recall a major earthquake.
