Mayberry, North Carolina. Never had any problems there.

I feel pretty safe in Little Rock. I think we've had like 3 tornado warnings in the past year and thats about it

Cities safest from natural disasters. I think they overlook the NW, earthquakes and volcanoes are pretty nasty.
I'd say SE Washington or SE Oregon would be the safest
