I remember:

1. The one by campus on Highland kind of across from The Chimes that’s now the Chipotle.

2. Perkins and Essen by the Albertsons and Ryan’s

3. Siegen Lane near Perkins across from the Winn Dixie, which had an Alfalfa Video that was later a Hollywood Video.

4. College Drive adjacent to Village Square

5. Airline and Old Hammond highway by the Albertsons and Home Depot

6. Old Hammond and Sherwood Forest kind of close to Godfather’s Pizza

7. Jones Creek and Coursey kind of near the old Woodlawn High

8. Millerville by the Lowe’s off I-12

There was also Major Video by Tara near Women’s Hospital and another on Burbank headed towards campus.

Looks like you answered your own question. That makes for a short thread.

This store has been vacant for 15+ years. I saw they were finally putting some sort of business in it yesterday. I always thought it would make a cool restaurant with all of the windows but I guess adding a kitchen etc would be a pretty expensive remodel.

Off Old Hammond and Sherwood Forest. It’s probably a weave shop now.

Sherwood and Old Hammond was my go in the 90s. I miss my dad taking me every Friday or Saturday night to get a Sega Genesis game and a movie.

Blockbuster had a pop up tent set up at the Garth Brooks concert last night actually.

I had an snes but one weekend convinced my mom to rent me a Genesis and like 4 games, which if I recall you had to put down like $100 deposit to rent to system.

I lived in Southdowns and there was one on College close to Wal-Mart. It closed not long after I moved there.

There was one on airline and highland by the Albertsons - we used to go there pretty much after we moved here in 2005

I think it’s a feed store now
