We are driving home and stopping off in Shreveport tonight and wanted to catch the Pacquiao vs Thurman fight. Just called Buffalo Wild Wings and apparently they don’t show boxing at any of their locations because of some UFC contract. Being from the Northshore, I’m not familiar with any other sports bars in the area. Can any of y’all from around the area help me out?

Boxing is dead. What other reason to rely on past prime boxers to push a ppv event.

Unless we're talking about the Gypsy King. That dude is entertainment on his own and a scary, scary man. He whipped the shite out of that last dude with the BACK of his gloves.

Given the Barksdale thread, any place you won’t get murdered sounds like a winner.

Is Larry flints club still open down there? Been about 17 years since I’ve been down that way.

I just called Walk On’s and they don’t show fights there, but the girl on the phone suggested a place called Eddie’s Tavern. Anyone heard of that place? I tried calling the number listed on their website but no answer. I’m curious if a local might know if they are actually still open and if they are a place that usually shows fights. Thanks in advance for any help y’all can give!

It’s a big pool hall in bossier city. That’s where I would go to watch it. Tons of big screens there.
