Off to Miami Beach y'all!

I guess she's technically homeless now, so that may explain all the trips?

We should ask for a 25 page summary of what she learned.
We would get a paragraph that was very passive aggressively worded if anything.

Regardless of your opinion on "climate change" I think we can all agree that a bunch of mayors meeting to come up with solutions is a waste of fricking time and money.

There are factories in China with a greater impact on the climate than the entire city of New Orleans, unless we are talking about dead bodies emitting greenhouse gases.

Has anyone ever conducted an in-depth accounting of all the money, campaign donations, and trips she has received from The Aspen Institute and their affiliated organizations and causes?

I don't know about the Aspen institute specifically (I gave up on LA politics before Katrina), but Michael Crichton wrote a book about this in 2004. Fear is an industry, largely driven by women.

Not Aspen specific, but the amount of malfeasance I've seen with what gets done with donor money to non profits, even in BTR, is expected. And shameful. One of my ex-employees turned in his wife's boss for pulling a Teedy with funds for (legit org, about six figures.)

When you won't like the answers to the questions, you simply don't ask the questions. But I doubt anyone that got her elected cares.

That might be an interesting investigation.

I know some local officials in the past have used a mix of campaign funds, government reimbursments, and honorariums that are paid to officials for such travel to conferences.

Sometimes collecting money from a third party to speak may go afowl of state law especially if the trip may have been paid for using government dollars.

To combat the racist conceal carry law that the guvnah is putting in play, she is flying first class to Geneva, Switzerland to attend the UN conference on social justice and inclusion.

While staying there, because of her anxiety and daily strife and troubles as a black female in a position of power, she is staying at a 6 star hotel where her private NOPD security will take shifts and stand guard for her.

Because of their troubles and to make sure she chose guards with thoughts of equity and inclusion, she has 8 black male only security officers that will be paid per dime, hazard duty pay, international security pay, deployment pay, combat pay, and BAH pay.

I’m really proud that a mayor like that can give back to black kings that she has on her police department
