Just got a manager job and will be required to wear a slacks, button down, and tie or a suit jacket in lieu of the tie.
Business causal isn’t good enough I guess. Might just pretend I’m a Wall Street guy and wear full suits everyday. Where’s my hair gel?

Go to George Bass. I am assuming you have a white dress shirt and tie, so you should be able to find a coat and pants for $400. Get navy or charcoal grey.

for under 400 go to Jos A Bank. They are not the top end by any means but that's not your goal here. They are a great option at their price point and they can usually have your pants tailored that day if you go earlier in the day.

I wear a button down and pants most days. We can wear polo shirts during the warmer months but we aren't supposed to outside of May through September. It's not really enforced though.

Go to Suit Supply in Houston. You will never regret it.
If you need it in less than a couple days, it will likely either be terrible quality (Mens Warehouse or Joseph A Banks) or look like crap without getting the proper alterations done.
