That doesn't answer the question, dimbwhit. Of course they are packaged as Rouses brand but it doesnt mean they are MADE by Rouses. They are delivered to the store in a truck. That's who I asked bc I was told Randazzos previously. And the person delivering also stated Randazzos.

Rouses makes their own, and you were lied to. Get over it already. Their king cakes taste exactly NOTHING like any of the Randazzo's cakes. They aren't comparable at all.

Jesus Christ, you're a lost cause. Unless you work in the bakery that makes them, you know as much about the situation as I do. Why would they taste like Randazzos? It's Rouse's brand. And they definitely don't make them in the individual stores. Get over yourself.

If you get real desperate you can order it next day delivery from Randazzo's website for like $50.

Randazzo's King Cakes are the best. Rouses doesn't even compare.

Overrated. It isn't bad by any means, but is very inconsistent and there are much better cakes in BR.

I would put kellers in lafayette up against anyone.

I got one from Hi Do the other day and it was good, but nowhere near as good as Kellers.

They don't at all taste like Randazzo's. They don't look like Randazzo's. They make them in the store every morning. If you look behind the bakery, you can see the sugar everywhere.

Sounds like you've never actually had Randazzo's. Some other poor might have pawned a Rouse's one off as a Randazzo's at work or something to you.
