Yes Rouse's dough does come from Nonna Randazzo's bakery. Has for some time. Cinnamon, Filling's, and all the toppings is Rouse's.

Nonna Randazzo's bakery actually sends thousand of pounds of king cake dough all over the state. To grocery stores and other competitive bakery's. One's I know for sure are the Brookshire Brtoher's and Market Basket grocery stores. Rouse's and Kellers in the Lafayette area and Pronia's in Lake Charles. I'm sure there are tons more I'm unaware of.

Manny Randazzo's and Gambino's are there own signature dough and is not marketed outside there bakery.
