His last formal press conference was Thursday.
He gave a short speech about the resiliency of Louisiana citizens and let public service commissioner, FEMA, and other department heads give status and updates of the impacted areas of the state.
Was very informative especially the update on utilities being back on line and that there were no major damages to the electrical infrastructure.
There was no agenda and didn't shite on other municipalities non-responsiveness such as New Orleans.
