I just made a trek to Arby's and saw that while their garbage piles are still in full effect, there's not a single homeless panhandler anywhere around the Sherwood/I12 intersection.

Did they all just move to one spot and are taking turns?

If they are homeless then where are they sheltering-in-place during all of this?

They're on their way to New Orleans for a free room in the Hilton courtesy of Destroya and the two or three New Orleans residents who actually pay their taxes.

At the Hilton in the French Quarter. They're either already there or making their way to NOLA right now.

That intersection is bad. I don't know why we can't charge them with littering for all of that trash they throw on the ground.

We will find them in about a week when they start stinking.

The ones truly dedicated to their craft always stink when working. We'll probably see them again once the Corona checks go out.

No traffic.. no panhandlers.. regular unleaded @ $1.49 a gallon. It only took an international pandemic to make commuting across Baton Rouge seem normal.
