You can wear those until you're 40. They must be burnt after that age.

If I noticed I would probably think, "He just got a new pair of shoes. Not even dirty yet. Wonder why he didn't rub a little dirt on them?"

I think that he's got some style, and is probably a lot cooler than you.

But you just keep wearing whatever the male equivalent of basic bitches wear. You know, to hide your insecurities.

damn, so i only have less than a year before i have to burn them? that sucks.

i’ve pretty much always had at least one pair of those (high tops) since i was like 4 years old.

they’re cheap and comfortable.
don’t really give a frick what anyone thinks of them.

My brother is 10 years older than I, I was born in 1978. I want to say that he told me converse was the most common brand and that's pretty much all he wore during his childhood.

If someone is wearing them as a "every day" type shoe I don't see a problem at all. Honestly, I would probably not even notice, but I really don't care what someone wears. If they like it, then whatever makes them happy..

Can’t believe this is a thread but I don’t see a problem with these. I don’t own Converse but I have a pair of Patagonia shoes that are similar & I own several pair of Vans for casual use.

I don't care what other men wear honestly. If I actually thought about it, I'd say he thinks they are comfortable and/or look good.

They like comfortable, casual shoes that are a classic style and not expensive?
