Perhaps some people just like nice hunting gear? They have the means and they buy it. What’s wrong with that? If you can’t afford it or choose to spend your money in a different manner, that’s fine. There are needs and wants. Most of that stuff is wants. A high school friends family owned farm land. We would hunt rabbits with just a Ruger 22 rifle and a box of long rifle ammo. It was cheap and fun.
