It depends. Give me the age and classification of the team....a picture of your wife may also help.

A few months before the end, at the last tournament, never...just don’t go to tryouts?

Leaning toward A, but it’ll come with the most harassment.

Holy shite.

How much of a bitch are you?

You let some cuck bitch "harass" you on your decisions to spend your life?

This isnt your wife or even a boss...he coaches fricking little league

God damn whatever happened to just playing 2 games a week after school and one on the weekends with a tournament or two after the season and maybe some extended summer ball for the serious kids. That was fun as shite growing up.

Braidin's not going to be starting shortstop for the Yankees with that attitude.

The players and parents become like family after spending so much time together both at and after practices and games. Many late nights by the hotel pool and cooking in hotel parking lots, etc.

I gave my brother some donations from my companies for his daughters travel softball team. I did it for my niece, but I’m just really hoping to get some crawfish in exchange while they are so damn expensive!

Seems sort of late. But since you’re the first person to answer appropriately I have to take that as a valid data point.

It’s complicated by him guest playing for the other club in town, so they can make regionals too. Coaches and refs are going to back channel this shite to death.

Tournaments are just getting old. My son doesn’t enjoy four games over two days anymore. Middle school ball and practice with the HS team starts after school ends, so just another focus.

Sounds like you have your speech right there. Tell him that. Tell him today.

And congratulations on getting your life back.

My father would drink and drive during his time as kid sport carpool.

He only had to do it once.

Two years, probably 24 tournaments when it’s said and done. My son is effectively the team nucleus...this will be a big deal. It’s a bunch of bridges to burn.

This is odd, my son’s coach was happy when we told him he wouldn’t be playing anymore

Lol this is even worse.

Cooking in parking lots like some fricking hobo?

Take the travel ball money and set him up a brokerage account.

He will end up making a shite ton more money and you wont apend your weekends parking lot cooking like a hobo.

Plus you wont have to worry about being "harassed" by a HS dropout coaching little leaguy

You unhappy with the coach or just smarter than most and are keeping things in perspective?

For clarity, you mean smarter than most travel ball parents. The truly smart ones don't get into travel ball from the jump.

Don't go to tryouts. If you say something now, then your coach may punish him.
