Great question

Haven’t been to the Caymans in...say..7 and a half years, so there you go!

I was looking at pros/cons of accounts in the Caymans vs Bermuda vs Switzerland.

What do you recommend?

The Caymans have always treated me right. I was looking at a bank in Geneva but the representative’s obtuse personality and vitriolic attitude turned me away.

Once per month for sure, and then every time I get a mileage check.

This is a good fricking question.

I am not entirely sure why they still have big branches open.

shite I haven't been to once since pre-2010 easily.

No direct deposit?

Do people still pay in checks?

Woot, I don't feel old anymore!

We tried it, but it was buggy as hell and ended up having to go down to the bank anyway.

I apologize for that experience. The fiduciary liaison can be somewhat taxing.

Unfortunately, I have an account at Whitney Bank for some reason. They are very backwards and don’t have remote deposit, and you can’t even deposit at an ATM

I went to the SunTrust at Dupont Circle (because it's right next to the south Metro exit) two weeks ago. I had to go in person to make my initial checking account deposit because I accidentally screwed up another banking login and SunTrust only gives you one chance to get it right online.

Worth stopping by, though, to eventually earn a $500 bonus just for adding a new checking account.

Unfortunately, LA is not listed but it might work anyway if you care to try for the $500 bonus (open till 4/30)
