If his previous New Orleans visit is any indication of this visit, his motorcade should be passing down the interstate heading back to the airport right around 5:00 PM, just in time to royally frick up rush hour traffic

He did this in the CBD during rush hour the last time he came. Had all kinds of surface streets downtown blocked off at 430 while people were trying to leave.
