Pretty much always unless it's hot as frick outside and I plan to be outside. Not under a tshirt though.

I wear an undershirt everyday to work because I'm a man and I don't want to get rung up for sexual harassment by every woman that looks at my chest and gets moist. The fact that I'm rocking a beard leaves the ladies feeling like they've been molested, so I turn my thrill-o-meter down to a 5 in a professional environment to fly just under the radar until happy hour.

I don't care whether another dude wears an undershirt. It's not something I've paid attention to and I hope there aren't people out there that actually do. I choose not to wear an undershirt because I think I look better without one.
