Depends on what alcohol.

I knew a guy in college who was laid back when he smoked weed, was laid back when he smoked weed and drank at the same time, but went nuts when he only drank. We had to basically grab him and sit on top of him a few times. Good thing he was a small guy, because he had almost superhuman strength when he was in that state.

Happy and obnoxious.
However, if I am drinking gin to excess, I can get pretty fricking mean (not violent, just hostile).
But, then...gin isn't alcohol, it's a fricking hallucinogen

#1 with some #2 mixed in but I'm a lot of fun so people put up with the little bit of #2. I make a LOT of new friends in this condition if I'm at certain places like an island beach bar.
