I’m 68 and still working. Saving money, traveling , and golfing. Not bad for a cancer survivor. Don’t ever feel maxed out.

Sorry dude, while I loved 35 to 45, I am still loving 55.

I’m getting close to 60 and I look forward to each and every day.
Exercise. Health
Stop watching TV/sports. Time waster
Stop watching news. It’s depressing.
Stop doom scrolling. Time waster
Find yourself a good woman
Stop drinking/smoking/vaping
Hang out and do stuff with friends
Get back to nature
Get a dog
Stop caring what other people think of you.
Most importantly, happiness is a choice. Chose to be happy and just be the best person you can be.

Got grown kids (young adults) and toddlers. The 2 young adults have similar personalities of my wife (no pics) and I. The other 4 are different!

Went through a brief funk around 33-34, snapped out of it, and I am 43 today and know life is amazing and only getting better. Most money Ive ever had and most free time.

37 right now and absolutely not maxed out. Still looking forward to work every day. Feel great and weigh the same as I did at 19/20. Looking to future, I want to take better vacations with my family and play some good golf so I have reason to stay fit and improve my money management. Supporting my family well is my greatest accomplishment. They get everything they need.

Odd bump but while we are at it
I don’t seem to enjoy anything. I slog through the workday and get home and lay on my bed until 7 and go to sleep. I’m in such a deep depression that I simply just get through each day. And I’ve tried every way to help myself. All sorts of mental health treatment, but nothing works. I really don’t have much desire to live but the thought of harming myself scares me and I couldn’t do it while my mom is still around. Not even trying to date because I don’t want to introduce a new person to my problems.

I’m in late 40’s and absolutely does not get any better. I should be enjoying life and have a decent one, but some how, some way, joy keeps getting sucked out from under me. Good luck though.

I seem to vary between extremes every several days, kick arse/feel good and life kinda sucks/Meh. Luckily a bit more of the former.

It's funny when you consider capped off in life at that age, make the money and get out when you can, travel in the US or abroad, see the world. My profile pic was at Angkor Wat on one of the three days it happens.

The mid life crisis. Can be a curse or a blessing, and you get to choose.

Answer my thread, it's obvious you are ok, but I was worried about how you were doing with the flooding.
