Coyote wishes he had a modicum of TulaneLSU’s talent and wit. While verbose, Tulane had a style of storytelling that was…well, it had panache. Full of vim and vigor and the sense that no matter what inane crap he was writing about, you were THERE.
You dishonor him by comparing the pap and pablum of Coyote to the absolute treasure brought by Tulane.
He made this place better, misguided as he may have been. This place didn’t deserve him and we are less for his absence.
He KNEW he was putting pearls before swine and he did it anyway. Tirelessly, faithfully and fantastically.
