Silly question, does Riverside actually do any towing that is REQUESTED by the vehicle occupant, like for a break-down? Nah, probably not.

Riverside got my girlfriend in college. Middle of the summer, there was hardly anyone else even at the apartment complex. We go to get her car and they explain the whole cash only/exact change thing. Dude wrote the price down and I told him we'd go to an atm.

Came back maybe 15 minutes later. It was now past midnight and they tried to add an additional $50 or so for an "overnight storage charge".

The only solution to predatory towing companies is good old fashioned vigilante street justice. You know, that old cliche?

This was in the 90’s and IIRC it was around $250 because they charged me for both.

There is No Limit Towing which is out of Brusly. Someone I know knows the dude who owns it and got me a tshirt (sort of as a joke), but shout out to No Limit Towing
