Say what you want...but even when they frick up the service or put us in the crappy dining room, they at least provide a consistently good fillet in my experience.

I don’t go out to eat steaks

Honestly Bella, most steakhouses are very "meh". Some are more than others. For starters, I find that even the supposed "great" ones over season the frick out of the meat. Yeah, I like salt and pepper but good lord. I like to taste the flavor of the meat as well.

The best steak you'll eat is usually the one where you grill it in your backyard.

RC is legit I don’t care who you are. Chain or not, RC, always delivers and they know how to cater to their clientele and do a good job keeping the riff raff out. I’ll always be a fan.

I agree, IMO, the steak I cook myself is the best steak ever, however I’m not so naive to say RC is just “meh”.
